My Little Wild Critters ...

Hello my dear friends,

not a day goes by without me being visited by some of  'my' wild little critters and I never get bored of them and I hope you don't either.

The little woodpecker stopped by again.

This little guy was all over the yard trying to find something to eat ...

... and he did and he enjoyed the piece of apple.

I am sure our neighborhood has the best fed squirrels.

And yesterday I had a new little feathered friend visit ...

... it was a little wild pigeon that sat on our deck for a little rest.

We also had a nightly visit by one a raccoons already ~ a bit early if you ask me and he was gone so fast that I didn't get a chance to capture of picture of him .. maybe next time.

Why not pop by some time soon again and visit me here at Todolwen.

I hope you are well and life is treating you kind my dear friends.

Have a peaceful and creative day,

Karen B.

  2. Isn't nature the best entertainment. I too have visits from the downy woodpecker and the mourning dove. I even had a ring necked dove this winter and they aren't usual visitors. I would prefer paying for seeds and suet than cable tv any day.

  4. Beautiful photos of your little critters stopping by for a visit.
Glad you didn't get the A Raccoon. I don't care for them as they kill our chickens every chance they get. It just makes me cry.

  5. Lovely photos of Miss Suzy! The bird was pretty too... be careful of the raccoons... they are horrid.

  6. I enjoy the sweet pictures of your little critters! It reminded me that I need to get out and refill my feeders. I watched a herd of 10+ deer in my backyard this morning but was too mesmerized to grab my camera. Have a wonderful day!
