after what happened in Boston yesterday, I think prayers are needed for this world and especially for the victims of yesteday.
What is this world coming to?
There is so much hate and unkindness out there these days that it is sickening. If every human in this world would just smile at a stranger once a day it already would make such a difference ..
.. I do so everyday in hope to make a stranger feel good.
I smile at each one of you ..
many hugs,
Karen B.
I'm so perplexed by all of this Karen, and have the same concerns you do. I feel all Christians need to bow their heads in prayer for this nation, and the world. Pray for those who have been touched personally by the tragedy in Boston. Pray for our leaders, and for all that Christ become once again our one true Father. Bless you.
ReplyDeleteDear Karen,

Estoy consternada por este acto tan cruel, seriamente faltan los valores y el respeto. Mi sentimiento de dolor con todas las personas afectas, besos:)
ReplyDeleteMy sentiments exactly. Thank you for the smile and I send along mine to you and all of your readers. Prayers to all affected by Boston's tragedy.
ReplyDeleteIt is totally beyond my comprehension - all these tragedies! It's political, unethical, un-christian etc. and yet it is so basic to love one another!
ReplyDeleteAll we can do is to practice love individually, everyday, every moment!
My love and hugs and smiles to you dear friend,
Suzy
Hi Karen, yes, I so heartily agree with you and the above comments. Laurie says it so well. I also pray for the salvation of others. Thank you so much for sharing and I am sending a smile to you too. Blessings and smiles, Emilou :-)
ReplyDeletesmiling back at you and wishing you peace.
ReplyDeleteIt is sooooooo true. The youth of the world seem to feel alone and unloved..... we need to work on that!
